Smash Burger in Irving

This place has really gone downhill. It smells like sewage as soon as you walk in and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. I asked for extra crispy bacon and it was practically raw and halfway into the burger the meat started to taste weird. Very unfortunate. This place used to be good.

The young lady working the front counter was a busy bee and delivering orders, taking orders, and multi-tasking beyond belief. I don't know her name but I was impressed with her work ethic. I went on Saturday, 6/8, for lunch and the food was delicious!

I just looked this place up and had to try it and I was not disappointed. I had a Bacon Smash Burger and I have to say the beef was cooked to perfection, the bacon... if you love bacon as much as me, you will love the crispness of it.

Felt rather safe and comfortable plenty of space for social distancing and (sadly atm) no dining in, but still a great burger curbside or take out. Gluten-free buns and those seasoned fries are amazing!

Man why is this place dying? So many are closing but it’s fantastic food. My favorite burger place.

I really don’t like this place. I have found hair in burgers and they really just aren’t good. The restaurant isn’t clean and the fries are subpar. I came here when they opened and it was much better. MUCH, MUCH better and cleaner with better food. Now, even being in this restaurant makes me feel like I’m covered in grease.

Craved a burger so ordered one online from here. Burger was ready before pick up time but was still hot, only issue is they didn't follow my special instructions ALTHOUGH the cashier repeated my entire order to me at pick up. Overall, seems nice and clean and has a little patio to sit out on.

Not sure if this girl understands the point of using a face mask but is not to cover her chin... she’s serving food without the mask and greeting clients... everyone else in the precinct seems to be wearing it, even the people cooking in the back

Bacon Smash is pretty good. I love Tator Tots so I'm happy that they offer that. However, they're overpriced, and the rewards aren't always great, e.g. - your birthday burger is only a single burger (no extra toppings) and when it says that you get a free Side, you actually can only get free fries. They've been upgrading their Rewards so hopefully it gets better.

Smashburger is one of my favorite burger places, not only because the burgers taste so good but because they have new burger deals quite often like the Triple Double and Pub Triple Double! If the burger is dripping juice and messy cheese everywhere, it is gonna be delicious and is prolly a Smashburger!!!

Really yummy the staff is amazing patient and friendly. If you like burgers I totally suggest this place and there fries are seasoned with oil and other herbs super good.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is fantastic and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we pass a splendid evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Went in to order take-out. The front door had a sign requesting people to practice social distancing and wear face covering "for the safety of everyone."The cashier, who also handled food, had no mask. Only one out of 11 patrons had a mask on, and one lady who came in to pick up, touched every soft drink bottle in the refrigerated display to see which one was coldest, I presume. She had no mask OR gloves. Food was okay, but I didn't feel very safe there. I recommend avoiding this place.

I grew up eating Smashburger all the time. It was my favorite! It seems to me that it has declined overtime. Not sure if I went on an off day but I probably won’t go back for a while. It just didn’t hit the spot sadly :(

The short, fat, lady with glasses was rude to my elderly parents. I requested the manager and he was polite but did nothing about her behavior. The General Manager lied and said he would give us a coupon but never did.

Shake and fries were good but burger left something to be desired not good value for money

Whole place is cool, and they do a great job at getting orders out for take out. The grilled chicken is amazing and the staff are welcoming as well. They do a great job at modifying their store for the current climate, and I’ll be back soon.

Been eating weekly here for a while on past mates. AST week the turkey burger tasted sour. This week I’m getting sick. I don’t think they are doing the right things to protect their customers. I believe they gave me food poisoning now

My daughter has bragged on this place forever. Today we tried and Yuk !! Food was cold. Smashfries are gross 😝 They forgot my haystack onions on my burger. Burger patty so thin couldn't even taste the meat. My daughter's burger had lots of grizzel in it. Never again 😒

The burger and fries was great! The chocolate shake tho was horrible! No taste of chocolate really. Shake was NOT worth the price.

Food was ok but the quality of service was not very well.

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. One of the evening employees are creepy and he stared at my girlfriend the entire time we ate and we rushed to finish our food so we could get the hell out of there.

We went in April of covid19. Employees had masks around their necks but not covering their face. The order was not right.

Rebuilt menu was welcome, same great quality and tasty

Great service, extra precaution and measures during Covid-19. As always awesome food. My favorite is Truffle Mushroom Swiss sandwich. I cannot have enough of it.

Not really sure what's so Smashing about this place. The burger was good but the price. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. My cashier was very friendly. I will not be back.
